Ian Fleming wrote THAT?

The truth is far stranger than fiction to be sure. Three things that surprised me greatly about author Ian Fleming.

  1. He and his wife had only one child, a son, named Caspar. In order to entertain little Caspar, Fleming wrote a silly story about a flying car entitled Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
  2. Fleming lived to see the early Bond movies brought to life on the big screen. The man who produced them? Cubby Broccoli. No, I did not make that name up!
  3. Fleming owned a house in Jamaica which he named Golden Eye. He had a fascination with the island.

Now here’s a trivia question about one of the more famous Bond movies, Dr. No. Post your answer below (right or wrong) and all comments get you entered in the November drawing for a gift card and signed book.

What is a peculiar fact about Dr. No’s heart?

I believe the question was already answered, but I wanted to thank Dana for posting this. I have fascination with the names, and the names of the car and the producer made me smile!
